Refund policy

This document sets forth all binding rules covering product returns, item exchanges, and monetary reimbursements for all orders placed on the Nookvera online retail platform. Any customer who completes checkout and receives goods from our store agrees to comply with every standard listed below.

Eligibility Rules for Returns

Customers may initiate a return or exchange application within 30 calendar days after their parcel is delivered to the shipping address they provided. All returned merchandise must remain in factory-new condition, with no signs of usage, washing, scratches, stains or manual alterations. Original retail packaging, attached brand tags and matching supporting accessories must stay fully intact upon submission of returns. Goods that fail to meet these physical standards will not be eligible for any form of refund or swap.

Non-refundable and non-returnable goods

Certain product lines fall under permanent final sale restrictions and cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed for any reason. This category covers custom engraved personalized merchandise, discounted clearance inventory, digital downloadable files, prepaid gift vouchers, all opened skincare and cosmetic hygiene products, and limited-edition promotional bundles.

Return request submission process

All return applications must be sent to our official support email channel. Each submission needs to contain the customer’s full order reference ID, full legal name, and a clear written explanation of the reason for requesting a return. Our support team will review each request and deliver formal return authorization alongside printable shipping labels once approved. Customers must securely repack items and ship them back using the provided label, and preserve the tracking number for inspection verification.

Refund disbursement standards

Once our team receives and inspects returned items that meet all eligibility standards, corresponding refunds will be issued to the original payment channel used at checkout. Delays caused by internal processing schedules of banks and card issuers are outside our control and cannot be compensated by the store. If customers receive goods with factory defects, shipping damage or incorrect items mismatched from their order, they may choose either a free replacement unit or a complete full refund. We cover all return delivery fees for orders with confirmed fulfillment errors or manufacturing flaws on our end.

Return shipping cost allocation

Customers take full responsibility for delivery fees of voluntary returns made due to personal preference changes or incorrect size selection. Standard shipping charges paid at checkout will not be refunded in any scenario. Only return shipments sent back for store-side fulfillment mistakes qualify for fully covered return shipping expenses.
