This shipping policy covers all core rules regarding order processing workflows, domestic US delivery services, cross-border international shipping, parcel tracking procedures, and resolution solutions for lost or undelivered packages purchased through Nookvera.

Standard order processing guidelines

Every fully paid confirmed order enters our standard processing workflow within regular business operating days. Processing timelines exclude weekends and official US federal public holidays. Our store utilizes a dropship fulfillment model, meaning all physical inventory is dispatched directly from contracted third-party supplier warehouses to customer delivery addresses.

Domestic US delivery standards

We provide shipping coverage to all 50 continental United States states, Alaska and Hawaii. Final delivery shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on each package’s weight, dimensional size and designated delivery region. Two delivery speed tiers are available for domestic orders: standard ground shipping and expedited priority shipping with an added premium surcharge. All quoted delivery transit windows are estimated figures and cannot be fully guaranteed, as delays may arise from carrier backlogs, extreme weather events or supply chain interruptions outside our operational control.

Shipping confirmation and tracking access

Once an order is fully dispatched to the shipping carrier, an automated notification email containing the unique tracking number and official carrier tracking portal link will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Customers may monitor real-time delivery progress either through our store’s order lookup page or the carrier’s official website platform.

Handling lost, stolen or marked-delivered missing parcels

If your package tracking record displays a delivered status but you have not physically received the parcel at your address, you must first submit a delivery investigation request directly to the assigned shipping carrier. Following carrier inquiry, you may contact our support team and supply your order ID alongside full tracking reference information. Our staff will assist you with filing an official loss claim with the carrier service. Refunds or replacement product shipments will only be authorized after the carrier confirms permanent full loss of your package.

Shipping address modification limits

All requests to adjust the delivery address of a confirmed order must be submitted via our support email within 12 hours after checkout completion. Once a parcel has entered the carrier’s transit network, address edits can no longer be processed. We will not take responsibility for misdelivered packages resulting from incomplete, misspelled or inaccurate shipping address details provided by customers at checkout.

International cross-border shipping terms

We offer international shipping services to a curated selection of global countries and territories. All customs import duties, destination country sales taxes, brokerage administration fees and local last-mile delivery surcharges fall under the full financial responsibility of the receiving customer. Nookvera will not reimburse or cover any cross-border customs-related expenses of any kind.
